Manajemen Waktu Proyek (Project Time Management)

Manjemen Waktu Proyek (Project Time Management) merupakan suatu kegiatan yang melibatkan proses-proses sehingga memastikan waktu penyelesaian dari proyek.
Project time management dapat diartikan secara sederhana, melibatkan proses yang dibutuhkan untuk memastikan waktu penyelesaian dari proyek. Bagaimanapun, mencapai waktu penyelesaian suatu proyek itu tidak mudah
Ada 6 proses utama yang dilibatkan dalam project time management yaitu :

Define Activities
Define Activities : Mengidentiļ¬kasi aktivitas-aktivitas yang perlu dilaksanakan oleh anggota tim proyek dan stakeholder untuk menghasilkan project deliverable.
Define Activities Inputs : Schedule Management Plan, Scope Baseline, Enterprise Environmental Factors, Organizational Process Assets.
Define Activities Tools and Techniques : Decomposition, Rolling Wave Planning, Expert  Judgment. 
Define Activities Outputs : Activity list, Activity Attributes, Milestone List.  

Sequence Activities
Sequence Activities : Mengidentiļ¬kasi dan mendokumentasikan hubungan-hubungan antara aktivitas-aktivitas proyek.
Sequence Activities Inputs : Schedule Management Plan, Activity List, Activity Attribute, Milestones List, Project Scope Statement, Enterprise Environmental Factors, Organizational Process Assets. 
Sequence Activities Tools and Techniques : Precedence Diagramming Method (PDM), Dependency determination, Lead and Legs.
Sequence Activities Outputs : Project Schedule Network Diagram, Project Document Update.

Estimate Activity Resources
Estimate Activity Resources : Memperkirakan berapa banyak satuan waktu yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan tiap aktivitas.
Estimate Activity Resources Inputs : Schedule Management Plan, Activity List, Activity Attributes, Resource Calendars, Risk Register, Activity Cost Estimates, Enterprise Environmental Factors, Organizational Process Assets. 
Estimate Activity Resources Tools and Techniques : Expert Judgment, Alternatives Analysis, Published Estimating Data, Bottom-up Estimating, Project Management Software. 
Estimate Activity Resources Outputs : Activity Resource Requirements, Resource Breakdown Structure, Project documents updates.

Estimate Activity Duration : Memperkirakan berapa banyak satuan waktu yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan tiap aktivitas.
